we be your Exclusive Agent throughout

What is Exclusive Agency?
When purchasing a home, it is important
that you have Exclusive Representation. Although the license
laws require that an agent represent you in a transaction,
exclusive agency provides you with an express written agreement
that spells out exactly what your agent’s responsibilities
are to you and what your role is in the transaction. It
will bind your agent to a specific level of service while
giving you the peace of mind that your agent is working
for you as an Exclusive Client. Our role
as your agent is a fiduciary responsibility that we take
very seriously. Your role as a purchaser should also be
taken very seriously and never attempted without an exclusive
professional to help guide you through the transaction
with the least amount of time and inconvenience on your
