Normally, if you have looked at similar homes that are on the market, you will know what price you are willing to pay. If you have doubts, we can provide you with the most up to date information as to what other properties have sold for. We can make sure the offer protects your interests while providing a smooth transfer of title from the seller to you. In the offer, we’ll make sure that you are protected if there are any problems with your mortgage, make sure all liens are paid off that are required, make sure you get a good title to your property and make sure you understand the closing process and the costs involved. When we present your offer, we will negotiate on your behalf, and make every effort to get your offer accepted the way you want it. Once the offer is accepted, we will make sure the agreement is followed. We’ll help you get all the inspections you require, meet your financing objectives, make sure you get clear title, be there for you for at the closing, and, in short, make your experience as trouble free as possible.
