Who's Going to Buy Your Home?
Understanding who’s going to buy
your home and how that buyer will act and react in the
home buying process can save you thousands of dollars and
months of marketing time. Exposing your home to as many
people as possible is important, but exposing it to the
best potential buyer is crucial to selling your home for
the best possible price in the least amount of time. Is
the buyer of your home buying their first home? Are they
moving from a smaller home? Are they moving from a larger
home? Are they being transferred? How much can they afford
to buy? Do they have to sell their current home? Do they
have their financing in place? The more you can narrow
down these questions and target those buyers, the closer
you can come to your goal. More than 90% of home buyers
bought their home with the help of a REALTOR®.
Virtually all buyers used a REALTOR® in
their search for a home. The reason is simple. REALTORS
have the information and assistance a buyer needs and access
to virtually every home on the market, at no cost to the
buyer! A serious buyer; one that wants or needs to buy
within a certain time period; a buyer who is pre-approved
for whatever financing they need; a buyer who is willing
to pay a fair price for what he wants, is going to use
a REALTOR®. At any given time, most REALTOR®S
will be working with an average of 2 to 5 serious buyers.
That’s why, the best way to market your home to the
best potential buyer, is to market it to REALTOR®S!
They will do the selective marketing for you. They will
bring your home to the attention of the buyers that are
most likely to buy it. At Four Seasons Real Estate, we
understand this concept and go above and beyond. Not only
do we belong to our local multiple listing service, with
over 2,000 REALTOR®S that will have detailed
access to your home, but we are also members of the Chicago
area multiple listing service that has over 30,000 REALTORS
who will have detailed access to your home. That’s
over 32,000 agents that may have at least 2 potential buyers
(64,000!) for your home! If you combine that with the National
Association of REALTORS and our Internet presence, the
numbers go into the millions. Who’s going to buy
your home? Most likely we’re already working with
them!
