How the Auction Advantage Works

Four Seasons Real Estate is a full service real estate brokerage located in Northwest Indiana. Our services include providing residential and commercial real estate services in Indiana and Illinois.

All properties will be selected for the auction at least 30 days in advance and every weekend prior to the auction; the properties will be open for inspection to potential purchasers. All purchasers who wish to bid at the auction must pre-register and will require loan pre-approvals. The sale will be held at a centrally located facility that will accommodate the number of participants.

As an Indiana Licensed Auction Company, we provide an alternative to traditional real estate marketing in an innovative way. The service is in addition to our traditional marketing and provides a competitive edge for our clients. Our Auctions will be professionally conducted by Ben Osinski with over 25 years experience. Ben is a member of the Indiana and National Association of Auctioneers and is a State Director of the Indiana Association and also maintains an Indiana Real Estate License.

Other services include real property tax analysis and appeal by an Indiana Certified Property Tax Representative, appraisal services by a Certified Residential Appraiser, and development of Self Directed IRA Trusts.

Buford L. Eddy

Buford Eddy is the founder and Principal Broker of Four Seasons Real Estate and has more than 35 years in real estate brokerage and appraising experience. Professional training of all associates of Four Seasons Real Estate

Buford Eddy is actively involved as a Director of the Greater Northwest Indiana Association of REALTORS Multiple Listing Service on the local level and a Director of the Indiana Association of REALTORS on the State level. Ben Osinski

Professional Auctioneer, Ben Osinski, is co-owner of Osinski Auction Service, Inc. along with his wife Dorothy. A first generation auction company since 1983 located in North Judson, Indiana, Ben conducts over 50 Real Estate and personal property auctions each year in Starke and surrounding counties. In addition to his auctioneers’ license he also has a real estate license working with A. L. Olson Real Estate in Knox, Indiana. Ben is a State Director for the Indiana Auctioneers Association, member of the National Auctioneers Association, National Association of Realtors, and serves on the Starke County Development Foundation board.
