Auction Results

Our Spring Auction on May 3rd resulted in 20% of the properties offered receiving successful bids! The bidders were able to name their own price and all properties were the beneficiary more than four times the exposure of traditional marketing only. Thousands of flyers by mail and e-mail were sent out and the properties were listed on national and international auction sites. Our internet sites received more than 5,000 hits from various sources and that doesn’t begin to count the national auction sites. When you add the tremendous amount of exposure from our ongoing traditional marketing, the properties were exposed to more buyers and real estate professionals than any other organization can offer.

Our Fall auction is expected to get better results yet as the public and the real estate community becomes more familiar with the process and our marketing efforts are refined. The date for the Fall Auction is set October 4, 2008. Owners who wish to participate in the Fall Auction need to pre-register for adequate marketing and exposure time.
