The Auction Advantage

Why an Auction?
Auctions have long been a valuable method of selling all types of property, including real estate. Competitive bidding can bring the highest price for a property on a given day. The more products you have to sell, the more bidders will come to bid. Our concept at Four Seasons Real Estate is to have a large number of properties with a variety of prices, styles and locations being offered for auction on the same day. This will obviously attract more bidders than the typical real estate auction that offers one property at a time.

All properties will be selected for the auction at least 30 days in advance and every weekend prior to the auction; the properties will be open for inspection to potential purchasers. All purchasers who wish to bid at the auction must pre-register and will require loan pre-approvals. The sale will be held at a centrally located facility that will accommodate the number of participants.
