Real Estate Courses

Salesperson Pre-license Course
This is an Indiana Approved course that provides the required 54 hours of instruction. Successful completion of this course is required to become eligible to take the Indiana State Licensing Examination.

Broker Pre-license Course
This Indiana Approved Licensing course provides the additional 54 hours of instruction after a salesperson has had at least one year of active experiences in the business. Successful completion of this course is required to take the Indiana Broker License Examination.

Continuing Education Courses
Real Estate Licensing Institute provides a variety of classes to meet the 16 hours of continuing education required to renew your license. The classes are continuously updated to provide you with timely and interesting subjects. We also plan fun trips that include CE to places like Cancun & Puerto Villarta, Mexico!
